Attested programs of complementary studies in Health Services Management

The program aims to gain knowledge and skills in public health and health management area, in order to improve the management of health units.

The course has a modular structure and is governed by the national program for attested programs of complementary studies in "Health Services Management." The course consists of 12 modules, as follows:
  1. Health promotion
  2. Organization of health services
  3. Public health: demography, epidemiology
  4. Health economics
  5. Comparative analysis of health systems
  6. General management
  7. Human resources management
  8. Quality management
  9. Financial management
  10. Programs and projects
  11. Ethics, EU integration and legislation
  12. Health technology assessment

Course is designed for doctors who want to fill a leadership positions in a health institution, being accepted to apply for this course only those who hold the title of specialist or primary.
