Curs de Management Spitalicesc pentru Directori de Ingrijiri si Asistenti Sefi

Scopul cursului este de a asigura pregătirea asistenţilor medicali/moaşelor pentru funcţia de director de îngrijiri sau asistent şef de spital. Cursul se adresează tuturor   persoanelor cu studii postliceale/studii superioare de scurtă durată, cu experienţă, absolvenţi de grad principal.

Cursul este structurat modular pe durata a 4 săptămâni, astfel:
  1. Managementul organizării şi finanţării spitalului;
  2. Managementul organizării şi finanţării spitalului;
  3. Managementul resurselor umane;
  4. Managementul calităţii îngrijirilor spitaliceşti;
  5. Legislaţie sanitară şi comunicare.
Cursul este creditat de Ordinul Asistenţilor Medicali şi Moaşelor din România cu 30 de credite.
